About Spudz Dude
Spudz Dude LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned food trailer based in Anderson, Indiana. Founded by John Kinley, a U.S. Navy veteran, we serve baked potatoes and sweet potatoes loaded with smoked meats and fresh toppings throughout east-central Indiana.
After serving our country and 30+ years in public service, John decided it was time to bring quality, healthier food to the community. Every potato is a #1 Idaho, every meat is smoked onsite, and every topping is prepared fresh.

Baked potatoes are gluten free, lower on the glycemic index, and packed with fiber, potassium, and vitamins B6, C, and K.

Our brisket, pork, and chicken are smoked onsite with quality spice blends and a variety of wood for enhanced flavor.

Service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Military and first responders receive $2 off or a free drink with proof of service.
